Supporting our customers through Covid-19
The health & safety of our employees, customers and wider community is always our main priority, especially in these challenging times. Whilst doing our part to protect each other from the risk of spreading the Coronavirus, we are keen to keep business as usual as far as possible and, as always, support you in every way we can.
Below is a brief summary of what you can expect from us:
Multi Utility Supply
We continue to open for business to ensure all critical utility supplies are provided and all projects completed. Our installation teams are free of the symptoms of COVID-19. Should any of them display symptoms they will conform to current government guidelines.
We have over 80 employed qualified and skilled team members enabling us to meet the needs of our people and those of our customers at this difficult time.
As with our multi utility supply and connection work, we are here to continue to provide emergency teams, and we and our emergency partners are operating as usual. To ensure their safety on the road, they will only travel to customers to deliver this service who confirm their site is also clear.

- National Gas Emergency – 0800 111 999
- National Electricity Power Cut – call 105 for your local electricity network operator
- If your network operator is Harlaxton Energy Networks Ltd, call 0800 055 6288
